cb6692c0c0 新增 voc_业务_2 报告流水线，并完善聚类与词频模块。 
包含 Persona 锚定聚类、LLM 报告生成、方法论文档及 .gitignore 更新，便于在 Gitee 独立部署。

91e6c47fc0 迁移 DeepSeek Chat API，并支持本地 Qwen3 Embedding 向量化。 
统一 voc_llm 密钥解析与默认模型；向量化改为本地 mlx 模型；更新 README、gitignore 与流水线文档。
